Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

Welcome to 51Coder (website: www.51coder.cc, mobile: m.51coder.cc, hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”). The Platform is operated and managed by 51Coder. Please read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) carefully before using the Platform. By registering, logging in, using, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Service Description

The Platform is a source code marketplace and technical service platform for developers and businesses, primarily offering:

  • Source Code Sales: Verified full-stack project source code covering web applications, mobile apps, mini programs, admin dashboards, and more. Users can purchase and obtain usage licenses for source code that meets their needs.
  • Custom Development: End-to-end custom development services, from requirements analysis and UI design to development and deployment. Project scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to written agreements or confirmed orders on the Platform.
  • Technical Blog: Original technical tutorials, industry insights, and project experience sharing, available for free reading and learning.
  • Other Services: Including but not limited to technical consulting and deployment assistance, as published on the Platform.

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Registration Methods

The Platform supports the following registration and login methods:

  • Email registration
  • WeChat authorization (including web QR code scanning, Official Account web authorization, Mini Program login, and App WeChat SDK login)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. The Platform shall not be held liable for any account leaks, theft, or unauthorized use caused by your own actions. If you notice any security issues, please contact us immediately.

3.3 Account Linking

You may link your email account with your WeChat account in the personal center for unified cross-platform identity. Once linked, you can access all your data through either login method.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices on the Platform are listed in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Products may offer different pricing tiers with varying features, as described on each product detail page. The Platform reserves the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions, but adjustments do not affect completed transactions.

4.2 Payment Methods

The Platform currently supports:

  • WeChat Pay (H5, Mini Program, App, and QR code payments)
  • Alipay

All payments are processed through third-party payment platforms. The Platform does not directly collect or store sensitive payment information such as bank card numbers or payment passwords.

4.3 Delivery

Source code products are digital goods. Upon successful payment, the system will automatically complete delivery. You can view purchased products in “My Purchases” and access source code and related materials through documentation links.

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of source code products, refunds are generally not supported after delivery. However, you may request a refund if:

  • The product description significantly differs from the actual content
  • The source code has critical technical defects that the seller cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate payment occurred due to a platform system error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase and will be reviewed within 3 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

The Platform's trademarks, logos, interface design, technical architecture, blog articles, and other original content are protected by intellectual property laws of the People's Republic of China and may not be used without written authorization.

5.2 Source Code License

Purchasing source code grants you a usage license, not an intellectual property transfer. Unless otherwise specified on the product detail page, the default license terms are:

  • Permitted: Secondary development based on purchased source code for personal learning, academic projects, internal business use, and other lawful purposes.
  • Prohibited: Reselling, redistributing, uploading to other platforms, or sharing purchased source code (whether unmodified or minimally modified) with unauthorized third parties.
  • Prohibited: Removing copyright notices, author attributions, or license identifiers from the source code.

5.3 Custom Projects

Intellectual property rights for custom-developed projects are governed by the agreement between the parties. Until final payment is received, IP rights for the custom project remain with the developer.

6. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and these Terms
  • Not engage in any illegal, infringing, or fraudulent activities through the Platform
  • Not post false information or make malicious reviews
  • Not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform through technical means, including but not limited to malicious attacks, data scraping, or injection attacks
  • Not access the Platform's systems, databases, or other users' private data without authorization
  • Not use purchased source code for activities that violate laws or regulations

If violations are detected, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the related account and pursue legal liability.

7. Custom Service Special Terms

  • Custom development services use a “deposit + final payment” model. Specific ratios are as published on the Platform or agreed upon between the parties.
  • Once the deposit is paid, the project is considered initiated. If the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Delivery standards are based on mutually confirmed requirements documentation, with a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope.
  • Changes beyond the original scope are treated as new requirements and may incur additional costs and extended timelines.

8. Disclaimer

  • Source code products are delivered “as is.” The Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding their accuracy, fitness for purpose, or security.
  • The Platform is not responsible for issues arising from your modifications, deployment, or other operations with the source code.
  • The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, policy changes, or third-party service outages.
  • Technical blog content is for learning reference only and does not constitute professional technical advice.

9. Modifications

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be updated and effective date published on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through platform announcements or in-app messages. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the interpretation and execution of these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the Platform's location. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
